Our Refund Policy

We have a 30-day in-store return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you purchase your item to request a  refund or exchange

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the  item must be in the same condition as when you purchased it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You  also need to provide the receipt or gift receipt  as proof of purchase.

We do everything we can to ensure that the items you purchase are in perfect condition, however sometimes things go wrong. If you are dissatisfied with the condition or performance of your purchase, please talk to us or email: contact@raindropsonroses.org.uk within 14 days.

PLEASE NOTE:  for reasons of hygiene we do not give refunds or agree to any exchange for  items of earrings, food, alcohol or personal care ? (instead of beauty) products  for any reasons other than imperfection.
