This lovely bird has been the basis for this stylised redwing brooch design, cut from FSC certified sustainable birch and painted entirely by hand using eco-friendly Farrow and Ball colours. The pattern on the chest is made up of tiny engraved heart shapes. The back of the brooch is painted a warm chestnut brown and both sides are finished with a satin varnish.
The brooch comes beautifully packaged, with its own display card, and also includes a cute little card featuring a photo of one of the redwings from my park, plus some fun redwing facts. Makes a lovely gift.
